SCS Engineers – Tampa, FL – From July 2019 to March 2020

 

The goal of this project was to work in the analysis, design, and development of an online supervisor training course for SCS Engineers. The Application of Instructional Design principles, ADDIE and ARCS models, were used in the production of efficient and engaging instructional materials (training solutions), corresponding with the company’s current needs. Articulate was the software used throughout these months to produce interactive learning activities. To make the instructions even more attractive, a lot of videos were being created. You can have a taste of it, watching the video above, which was created using a software called Animaker.
